How It Works

You stay in control. We provide as much (or as little) support as is useful. That might look like:

• Periodic Book Reviews — Monthly or quarterly, we go through your books and flag anything that needs attention.
• Software Consulting — Help setting up your chart of accounts, fixing categorization issues, or training your bookkeeper to use the software correctly.
• Financial Report Review — We look over your reports before they go to your board or leadership and make sure they’re accurate and readable.
• Policy & Process Guidance — Help establishing internal controls, expense approval processes, or financial policies that protect your organization.
• Catch-Up & Cleanup — If the books have gotten behind or disorganized, we’ll get them back in order and hand them back to you.
• Ongoing Advisory — A standing relationship where you can ask questions, talk through decisions, and have someone in your corner who knows your finances.
